Enten Dadar is an indigenization of Pancakes brought by western nations into Indonesia / Asia.
Basically, the omelette skin is a pancake that is given a green color from suji leaves, and pandanus as a scent booster.
For its contents, because the Asian region is synonymous with coconut products, the Enten Dadar is filled with grated coconut and coconut sugar (Enten-enten).
The Enten Dadar is also often called the Gulung Dadar, or Unti Dadar.
Often Enten / Unti are given variations with Jackfruit slices, or Durian.
