Mandarijn Cake is original recipe of Indo - Chinese from Solo, Central Java. This cake is combination of two layer cake (Vanilla and Chocolate). Jam or butter cream usually used to stick those cakes together. For extended version of this cake, raisin or black prunes could be added in the middle.
