Klepon

Klepon is a traditional cake, popular in Indonesia and Malaysia. This is a sticky rice cake, filled with liquid coconut sugar, and rolled in grated coconut.
Klepon is green because it is seasoned with a paste made of pandanus
Although popular throughout Southeast Asia, klepon probably originated from Java.
Klepon is usually eaten as a snack in the morning or evening. To eat klepon must be careful because the contents of liquid coconut sugar can squirt when we bite.
