Pastel Tutup also known as Indische Pastei in Dutch is a dish contain of carrot, meat (beef or chicken), egg, capri bean, vermicelli noodles, mushroom, and broth. They all put in the baked pan or bowl, then being closed with mashed potato, and baked until golden brown color.
