Lumpia Basah

Lumpia is a kind of rollade containing bamboo shoots, eggs, and chicken meat

The taste of Lumpia is a combination of Chinese and Indonesian flavors, for it was first made by a Chinese descendant who married an Indonesian and settled in Semarang, Central Java.
This food began to be sold and known in Semarang when the GANEFO sports party was held during the reign of President Soekarno

Lumpia is served in two kinds, steamed and fried.
